The Inspiration Grid.

As the end of the semester approaches, it’s easy to feel burned out, or that you’re running out of steam. One of the best ways to get energized and excited to design is to look at inspiration.

“Inspiration Grid is a daily-updated gallery celebrating creative talent from around the world. Get your daily fix of design, art, illustration, typography, photography, architecture, fashion and more.”

You can browse by category- Here is the illustration inspiration grid:

I’d also like to add the website itself is beautifully designed.
It allows you to see many different works, all laid out on a clean & simple grid, which is great for variety of inspiration intake.

I think the wider variety of design you look at, the better, because it’s important not to get stuck on one or two sources- you obviously don’t want to steal someone’s work!! Here’s a blog post about inspiration & stealing. It’s important to know the difference, and to honor other people’s hard work by avoiding plagiarism.

Enjoy, & stay inspired.

About Teresa DeMio

Welcome to my corner of the internet. Cleveland has given me a blue collar work ethic, a rust belt aesthetic, and a passion for the arts. Graphic design is my weapon of choice. I am a package design enthusiast. I'm also into reading, thrifting, and collaging. Taro bubble tea and 80s horror movies are a couple of things that rock my socks.
